The worst experience ever!!! Was talked to very rudely,hung up on. I kept calling because my ring had a promise date and never came still not here I have not gotten any answers ,I was not rude. JB at great northern was so much better and had awesome people working there. I will never buy from JB ever again.
Blatant lies! initially they will do anything to help you so that they get you on the hook, but as soon as you've made a purchase you mean nothing to them and their quality of service disappears entirely! Waiting STILL after a 50 min drive to their store having been told that my order would be ready for pickup today, only to get there and be told that id in fact have to wait another 2 weeks. 2 weeks is their go to phrase and anything they say they will have to you after two weeks means you'll likely never see it again. Going on 3 months of my fiancee not having a ring because it was only a half size to large. Ridiculous!
My fiance and I picked out a 10k white gold ring. Within 2 months the rhodium plating came off, leaving me with a very yellow ring. No where on their website does it mention rhodium plating on all white gold rings. Nor did any of the people we talked to at the store mentioned rhodium plating.
We have received less than favorable customer service. My fiance and I are still trying to get a refund. But we will never ever purchase from them again. They do not value their customers. You're only a valued customer when you're purchasing something.
The people in the store are helpful, no complaints there however the service when sending rings to be fixed sucks. I have had nothing but problems since I got my ring in August. I lost my diamond in early October and didn't get it back until right before Christmas, when they gave me a promised date of 3 weeks, I literally had to call the customer service and beg for my ring back. after giving me every excuse in the book of why the promised date had pushed back several times, they finally told me they hadn't started it yet, but then I recieved it 2 days later. They had it for all that time and didn't do anything? But then all of a sudden It only takes 2 days to fix... Ridiculous. It just Seems like they put you on the back burner whenever you have something being fixed under the warranty THAT YOU PAID FOR. Then About 3 weeks ago I took my ring in once again, because the setting was crooked, they sent it out to be fixed and I went to pick it up today and nothing had been done to straighten it, it looks as if they had just cleaned it and sent it back...all that time, and nothing was done. So again, I have to wait another 10 days for them to ship it back and do what they should've done the first time. If I would've known we would have this many problems not only with the ring itself, but when I'm trying to get it fixed, My fiancé and I wouldn't have spent so much money there. It's just not even worth the trouble. seems like they only accommodate you when you first pay, then after they get your money they don't care.
I sincerely want to thank Don and the other young gentleman who works there (I'm so sorry I cannot remember your name) for the exceptional service! These guys were able to do something that the 5 other jewlers I went to were not! My engagement ring was a retired style, so when it came time to find the wedding band, that was also retired and not sold anymore. They were able to specially order it and get it to me in less then a month! I know it might not sound super extravagant, but when I say I went everywhere I went EVERYWHERE! Kay sold me the wrong ring, Jared was going to charge me 5000$ to make a similar one, azalea didn't sell it, Ashcroft and Oak didn't even speak to me when I walked in. JB Robinson was the last store on my way out and I wasn't even going to stop, but I am so glad I did! They really went above and beyond! The ring is beautiful and it came at a good price too! We will be customers for life!!
