I bought necklace there, link broke after few days of wearing it, without anything rough being done to it. When I came in the store they would not want to refund/replace, i had to pay for repair.
Dont shop there! They will leave you on your own with their defective product and wont be of any help.
Going back to get my 30" Silver figaro chain, Mary was very helpful when I asked her if she could get one ordered and she said she would do it nice place and will go back to get half Ceret diamond ear rings I recommend this place
Our experience here has been amazing!!!! Everyone is amazing but Mary and Matthew treated us like family. We walk in and my husband is wearing his carhart coat, dirty sneakers, blue jeans and a T-shirt. Although we look as if we are just everyday country people, they did not treat us this way. My husband is actually and ER doctor and I am an ER nurse. You would never know by looking. They treated us like royalty, like family. My husband loves to buy me jewelry, and this is where we are coming from now on. Thank you!!!
Repair was done AWFULL , horribly melted together , i asked to be redone, needless to say second time was even worst. I just picked it up and unhappy decided to just keep it like this.
My son only wear the necklace few days combained time and it broke TWICE (not in same spot) .
My son put its on and it BREAKS AGAIN THE SAME DAMM DAY!!!! again without anything rough being done, he was just laying down on sofa.
My one and only jewelry store. I can always find something that I want and the staff is always friendly. The S/M Kim at the Beachwood OH mall location, is my favorite person because she knows just what I want to keep my wedding rings set apart from everyone else. Thank you Kim and staff for all that you do for our family.
I wish I could post here the picture of how they "repaired" it first time it broke, they just melted several links together.. never again shopping in this place!
Something with precious stones yes.. but plain gold necklace??!! Amd I never seen necklace breaking like this easly...
Obviesuly something wrong with design/angle of these links cuz they cant hold normal wear even..
Since I didnt purchase "warranty" they leaving me alone with this metal piece of garbage.. I managed jewelry store back in Europe and who buys warranty on plain gold piece???!!!!!
They totally dont stand behind their product.
