Came there yesterday to buy my daughter some shoes. The girl who helped us name was Brittany. She was so awesome!!!! She was genuinely friendly and helped us every step of the way!!! The other girls on the floor were helpful as well!! Thanks again Brittany you rock!!!!!
Used to be perfect, now they let all friends and family in early no tickets! Have people waiting in line for hours for nothing! Footlocker needs to watch this store!

I used to come to this footlocker on the regular and I just had a horrible experience this past saturday morning, I was there standing in line one of the first patrons to buy the Jordan retro 12 master, and footlocker had a border up to control the traffic but it didn't succeed to be affective at all I stood in line for 4 hours plus ,and by the time they began to receive customers to come inside the store to purchase items the line was extremely long and out of control there was no structure at all and all of us that we're there first position in line was compromised and the staff inside of footlocker were constantly being told who were there first and reminded on how they put there border up that was poorly installed I was very simple to know what side of the line was in the proper place but they wanted nothing to do with the chaos that went on due to thos like myself who were there before the late ones! It seems to me that they didn't do a raffle so that they can sell other products our safety was compromised just to get a pair of shoes there were people line who had tazor guns and fire them off as warning to protect themselves and men who were about to fight women it was crazy there has to be a better way and ther is a better waythat footlocker need to be ashamed of themselves someone could of stepped up and controlled the area and eliminated the chaos that's all it needed was an staff member who wasn't a coward!!!!!!
