Excellent service, not pushy,,,very knowledgeable. First time ANY shoe dept. actually sized my feet. I haven't walked this great in years. Low back pain, hip pain...diminished a LOT. Didn't realize shoes like Clarks could make such a huge difference. I won't buy any other brand....I'm sold on them.
Assistant manager Tim was extremely difficult and back and forth with a an order I placed in store with the manager mike, who was awesome. Sadly his staff caused 2 and a half weeks of frustration. Every time I call associates seemed clueless about my order until I finally decided to cancel and Tim refused to do so over the phone. I called another location, it was mike wife, and she helped me promptly and apologized for my experience. I've never been hung up on so many times from a retail store. Pathetic
