What a disappointment. Went to visit an open house posted by Darren Mancuso and got there to find a note on the door that it was cancelled due to a family emergency. Surprised that no one could update the website to cancel the open house. When I stated my complaint the operator transferred me to the realtor's voice mail? Are there any standards/ethics for realtors?
We used John Lauro / Remax as our realtor for a home purchase last year. He couldn't have been nicer and helped guide us through the process. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Would not recommend, I have only dealt with this REMAX sight so i cant speak for all. In the case for this office the agent we dealt with was very rude especially for her age and her behavior was uncalled for. Either way we will not be doing business with REMAX for my purchase of a home in Strongsville. What a waste of time...
One of the agents treated my family members in a disrespectful manner, changed the terms of their loan without their knowledge, and made threatening remarks during the process of buying a home. She is also very unprofessional showing up late and rescheduling closing without even giving the client any consideration.
