They were very nice. I mistakenly booked a ticket twice. They promptly cancelled one for me and provided full refund for one. The lady on the counter was really sweet. Sorry if I was rude to anyone.
I enjoyed this place quite a bit before, but now that they have new big comfy seats it's just that much better. This place is one of the best theater experiences I ever had. Great staff, clean bathrooms, clean theaters, and not overly crowded. Great place.

Nice clean movie theater with awesome luxury reclining seats. Convenient location inside Southpark Mall with huge food court, many restaurants, & large variety of shops/department stores.
Went to the movies here on a Saturday night and was not happy with my experience. Found the new seats to be uncomfortable and to short causing my legs to hang off for a two hour movie. The people next to us talked and laughed the whole movie when it was a scary movie. I know this is not the movies fault by still makes me not want to go back after this experience.
