Great selection of videos and generally the staff is very helpful. I've rented movies from this store that skipped/had performance issues but the staff quickly credited my account. I like this response to the issue but I wonder if the blu ray is restocked on the shelf with the same issue for the next customer or not.
Great place. We get lots of movies from here.
I also had an experience where a movie was rented to another customer and each time I returned the employees told me the customer hadn't returned it. I understand that is out of Family Video's control but at what point do you replace the blu ray? Worst case it eventual shows back up and you have two.
So glad there's still a video store around!
