I love sfbbc, everyone is treated like family. if you take full advantage of the workouts, and the consults for your meal plans it is so worth it. the clean eating has changed my life. The workouts are amazing, I never thought I would be doing push ups, burpees, etc. The trainers do a great job with working us individually.
A good place to start your workouts if you haven't been going for awhile. Energetic trainers that explain each work out thoroughly and modify it, if needed.
I just can't get enough of this place!!! The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I've been to. Everyone is friendly to everyone! It's almost like we're all family! The owner's are amazing and the trainers really push you! I have loved every experience at Strongsville Fit Body Boot camp!!!! It has truly helped change my life!
I am enjoying the 7:30am session Monday thru Friday. It kick starts my day! I am feeling so much better and my sugar readings have dropped 50 points in less than 4 weeks into the program. Just signed up for another 7 months!
Great place to workout. Members are supportive and fun. Owners are the best and know each member by name. Highly recommend this place for a challenging, tough and motivating workout.
