The sales associates are so nice and very helpful. Jenny was awesome. She asked me questions to ensure she knew exactly what I was looking for, she showed me a lot of different options, explained everything fully, & was extremely knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products. I’ve never bought a La-Z-Boy before but as long as my chair lasts a while and lives up to its reputation I will definitely be back!!! Excellent customer service!
Lori, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. She never once pressured us into buying and didn't watch us constantly. She let us walk around the store and checked on us periodically to see if we had questions. It was a wonderful experience. We did buy two pieces for our livingroom and the sales process was straightforward and uncomplicated.
Visited Strongsville store to look at recliners. We have bought chairs from LA-Z-BOY in the pasted and have always been pleased with them. Nikki Hall was our sales person. She showed us several different styles. She was very informative on the styles, Ultra Shield Protection, and add on. We felt no pressure and found what we wanted. Once we made our decision, the paper work was fast and she set us up for delivery and explained how they would contact us the night before and give us a three hour window for them to show up. Very thorough. It was a pleasure.
Everyone was very nice. We were looking for a lounge chair. We found right away what we were looking for. They were very helpful as we took it home that day. They helped us load it up in our truck. We are very pleased and happy with our purchase. We have shopped there many times and never had any problem what so ever. I would definitely shop there again.
The salesperson went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Her professional attitude was on display for her salespeople to see and model after. It was only towards the end of the sale that I knew she was the sales manager, because she had to take some time to help one of her employees out with a sale. When she returned, she apologized that she was away but informed us that she was helping one of her employees. I did not think she was gone very long at all. I was still in the process of choosing between 2 styles of chairs. I was impressed at how she used good time management skills to assist her employee while still giving me great and attentive service. It is obvious that she is a good manager because she is not only assisting her employees but also taking the time to be very attentive to her stores customers as well. I think that this particular store experience was great and I felt no pressure to buy like I have at other furniture stores sales people. I felt like my questions were answered, and that my business was appreciated and priority number one. Everyone from the sales managers and sales associates were on point and I give kudos to Lori for doing a great job at keeping her store in tip top shape.
