Stronsville Supercenter was a fantastic experience yesterday 12/22/17. When we arrived got some hot food and associates working deli were very friendly and fast. Stocked shelves, I was asked twice if I needed help finding anything, smiles on associates faces, happy to help associate directing lines, all registers opened, friendly and fast cashier. Clean store. Clean restrooms. Great experience.
Has everything you could possibly need at any time of day or night.
Most of the employees and the management here have been friendly and customer oriented. They seem dedicated to providing a top notch customer experience. Overall, a good place to shop for day to day items.
24 hour store, very convenient.
This store has both a grocery and a regular department store. It is very busy and so sometimes a bit messy. Prices seem higher here than I would expect for a Walmart. I don't think it is quite the bargain store it used to be.
Over the years the Walmart grocery section has improved.
The grocery app is a cool feature. I enjoy ordering groceries the evening before and then pulling up and having them magically loaded into my car for me. I suggest you ask them to show you the produce though before they load it into your vehicle.
One of the dirtiest, most unorganized Walmarts I've ever seen. I primarily shopped late at night after work and while there was a surprising number of employees there, not much work was getting done. At one point, I remember seeing one spot in the drink aisle that was clearly ignored for at least three weeks straight. How did I know? There was a solo tortilla chip and Slurpee cup that sat in one spot on a shelf for weeks on end. How did a single employee NOT notice that for so long?
While I prefer to shop & support small local stores, in a pinch, if the others aren't open I'll shop the Strongsville Walmart. It's always a satisfactory experience.
Variety at Walmart quite disappointing from memories of when Walmart was young. Also, great lack of checkers which made for a long wait to checkout. On the bright side, all the employees I encountered were friendly and pleasant, especially the checker.
