I'm sorry, but the owner's response to my review and complaint are a bunch of B.S. The general manager Steve told me over the phone his offer to pay for the repairs to my car as well as give me 3 months of free car washes if I would remain a customer. When I came to the facility to collect on that I was railroaded by him and he tried to just give me a lowball offer of free car washes for 6 months. I thoroughly explained the chain of events to me discovering the chips in the paint to the front of my new car and there is no doubt the damage happened on my pass through the car wash. It took me three separate trips to the facility alone before I was finally given management's name, number and email address so I could contact them directly. In the mean time I had the damage to my car repaired before I ever heard from somebody in charge. As for my health you care about that about as much as Steve cared about honoring his word in paying for my damage. Just another case of a customer being lied to and screwed over. The foundation of any profitable company in America.
Good work. Floor mats could look better, but I know rock salt can be stubborn.
I have yet to find a car wash that reaches this car washes level of professionalism. Every time I go to this car wash I am always greeted at the pay station by a rep and inquired upon. All my questions are always answered and the management staff is very helpful. The car wash is very through and they staff/reps wipe your car down for you if there is any suds or dirt left over. 10/10

Super nice, very accommodating! A piece broke off my (new to me) vehicle. An employee noticed immediately, let me know, wrote up a report, and before I knew it, i had as new part installed. The gentleman who I stalled it, also made sure I pulled out safely. I will definitely go there again!!
Had a very bad experience with the South location in Strongsville. There process caused some paint chip damage to the right front of my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I immediately showed the damage to my car to an employee there as soon as I had discovered it when I got home coming directly from the carwash. After coming back to the place 2 or 3 times trying to follow up with management their it took a couple weeks just to finally get in contact with the general manager of the location. Initially he offered to pay the $359.00 it cost me to have the damage repaired and also offered me 3 months of free service if I was willing to continue my automatic renewal service with them. I scheduled a time to meet the General Manager Steve at this location and when I did finally meet face to face with him he proceed to back out of his offer to pay for my repairs and just try to get me to commit to taking some free carwash upgrades. I wasn't trying to rip the place off and I only wanted to be treated fairly and have my repairs covered. I know the carwash caused the damage because I had just cleaned bugs off the entire front of my car before going through the car wash and there was NO CHIPS in the paint anywhere. I'm on disability and a fixed income and can't afford to be with this kind of repair expense. I contacted Steve once more with a text telling him how disappointed I was in his lying to me about paying for my repairs, etc., but he ignored that text and have not heard from him since. To all that use this place I highly recommend getting out of your car and giving it a thorough lookover before the leaving the facility. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again and recommend others do the same or enter at your own risk........I would have given them NO STARS on the rating, but it wouldn't let me so I had to click on one star.....
