Massage envy in Strongsville is the worst massage envy I have ever been to. Service is terrible. Booked at massage for Saturday on Thursday. Got a call to confirm than I drove 45 mins to location and they said no appt. oh looks like we have u in three weeks. I said no u just called to confirm yesterday and I was just here Thursday. They said sort we don't have anything and we are really busy so I have to help next customer. Terrible. I will never go back and worn anyone that this location is awful. I have been a member for 6 years. Quitting today
Don't waste your money at this place, its like getting poked by a weak child, I did not feel any better after my visit. Thank god there was a bar next door, I definitely needed a drink after my pathetic excuse of a full body massage.

Gina at Massage Envy in Strongsville fit perfectly in a match to my massage needs. Gina has a keen sense and knowledge of the anatomy, and she is able to identify strains in my trapezius, deltoids, gastrocnemius, and other areas that are strained, once identified she focuses the massage on those areas of concern.
I play Rugby, as well as hockey, and my muscles get bruised up often, therefore massage is a needed relief for strained muscles that are banged up. Unfortunately I have skin that is extremely sensitive to chemicals of any kind, including some sunscreens. The lotion that is standard at most massage establishments cause my skin to break out a little. I talked with the manager at Massage Envy – Strongsville about this, and she went out of her way ( she actually drove to the store that had a lotion in stock that would not cause my skin to break out) to get a brand called Simple Massage – by Natural Formulations. This is not a commercial for this brand, but I put the name of it in this post just in case anyone else has sensitive skin.. the stuff is great.
